Project Managers
Our project managers are all fully accredited GreenSmart professionals with many years of experience in the building and design industry. They serve as a conduit between our customers and the myriad of experts that make up the team working on your project.
The project manager liaises with engineers, surveyors, certifiers, town planners, architects, estimators, admin and construction teams to ensure your project runs smoothly from start to finish.
Kelly Grimley – Architect
Winner of numerous architectural awards, Kelly’s vast experience in balancing aesthetic design with financial parameters makes him a perfect fit in the creative environment of Civic Steel Homes. You can be sure that Kelly’s designs are not only uniquely yours, but they are also practical and liveable.
Kelly believes in designing from the inside out, concentrating on getting the living zones right for the property's aspect and ensuring their relation to the rest of the home is seamless. In Kelly’s designs, form follows function, ensuring your house is designed for ultimate liveability.
Marco Ramaccio Calvino – Architect
Working alongside Kelly, Marco (a GreenSmart professional) is passionate about sustainable building. Marco brings to the mix his own personal flair for architecture and his enthusiasm for cost-effective value-adding through innovative design. You’ll quickly see the positive difference it makes when your home is designed by someone who is passionate, not precious, about their ideas.
Kirsty Frost – Designer
Kirsty works with Kelly and Marco to ensure the interior of your home turns out just the way you want it. She will guide you through the process of colours, cabinet design and fittings selection to ensure that the interior of your new home is as uniquely yours as the exterior.
